Dial-a-Bed is KING!
A huge shout-out and THANK YOU to Dial-a-Bed. Ordered a mattress on Friday. Received a call 20 minutes later to inform me that the specific mattress is out of stock and gave me 2 options: wait 2 weeks, or they will give me an upgrade at no additional cost. I accepted the upgrade (of course). Mattress was delivered 2 hours later. I am super thankful and so happy that good, honest customer service still exists. THANK YOU!
