Dial a Bed Fourways - Poor service and Quality of recommended base.

Bought 2 3/4 beds for my kids on 25 Aug 2024 from Fourways Branch , We were convinced to go with the Slumber King and told its better quality than leading brands. The beds were delivered probably a week later when we moved into the new house. Few days ago kid complains about squeaky bed. I checked and part of the base had collaped making the noise. Called Fourways Branch and told , sorry nothing we can do it is just out of warrenty periof of 1 year. Must pay R1200 plus R500 delivery for a new one. Really poor service , as they dont think about future business.
