Dial-a-bed *********

We bought two sleeper couches from dial-a-bed-Bylsbridge end of November2019. They did not have stock and we had to wait a week for delivery. On the day of delivery I noticed the one demo sleeper is not in the window anymore. I raised my concern to the sales person and made it clear that I don't want a demo. He promised me that the couches are brand new from the stores. Needles to say when I eventually unpack the couches I could see that one couch is a demo and the other one is new. The sales person **** to me because he new that I would not accept a couch that people sat on every day for a year. This is ***** and unacceptable.
