Delivery team very unorganized

My in store customer experience with Zane was good, but one my purchase was completed I faced nightmares with this company. I said I want delivery the 31st of Jan 2026. I got the first call from the warehouse on 10th of Jan asking what time they can deliver...I informed them I said 31st Jan specifically. 21st Jan got the 2nd call saying they on their way? Again informed them I am not available and this time I requested 30 Jan 2026. 29th Jan they call me saying they on their way again i tell them 30 JAN 2026 IS THE DAY I WANT DELIVERY NO OTHER TIME IS AVAILABLE FOR ME. 30 Jan finally at 16:00 I get a call saying they are 45 min to 1 hour away. Great they got the day right for a change. 17:56 after following up multiple times I speak with a rude delivery driver by the name Charls saying the rain is delaying him he will send me the ETA when he is done with his current delivery with it already being an hour late. I understand rain can be a problem and challeng but communication and customer friendliness shouldn't be. I'll never recommend shopping here I faced so much confusion with this company and their delivery team. Its as if customer requests and service is thrown out the window. I can only thank Zane for his assistance.
