Defective beds
Refused to replace a defective mattress that was still under warranty because of a coffee stain. Paid to have mattress deep cleaned and still the replacement was Refused. Was told it was up to the suppliers discretion.

The supplier has come out to assess the bed before and after the bed was deep cleaned yet still reserves the right not to handle items for repair if it is marked, stained, burnt or in an unsanitary condition. Hi Cheyne, Unfortunately as already stated exchanges are up to the suppliers discretion. The supplier has come out to assess the bed before and after the bed was deep cleaned yet still reserves the right not to handle items for repair if it is marked, stained, burnt or in an unsanitary condition.
