Damaged bed

I purchased a bed at this store a while ago, and I experienced problems with it before the guarantee and the warrantee expired. I went back to the store but it was not there anymore. I managed to get hold of the suppliers and the in charge and they sent me from pillar to post. They sent someone to come and inspect the bed and he said that they have had complains about the brand and people have been returning the bed. I am now being told to pay R2200.00 and they will give me a new bed. I still have my proof of payment. Please help me regarding this matter. My name is Lerato
