Dail-a-bed and their horrible service.

I placed this order with Dail-a-bed. They phoned us the day after we ordered and we scheduled the delivery for the day 11 April. Waited the whole day for this delivery canceled all our planned errands and events just for them to phone us at 4pm after a whole day of waiting and tell us they sold the bed and we have to wait another two weeks. This is the worst service I have ever received from a furniture company. I have worked with Tafelberg, Decofurn, Coricraft etc. Firstly their shipping costs are not nearly as high and I waited a maximum of two days for orders to be delivered. Their communication is horrible and customer service is horrible. This is the last time I will be ordering anything from them and I advice everyone to steer clear. It's horrible paying for a product in full and then you have to wait two to three week for it.
