DAI A BED- DELIVERY SUCKS

We have bought a bed at Dial a bed in Kollonade the service where great however delivery failed, we asked for the delivery to take place on the 21/2/25 however my sister mailed them with a new date for the 20/2/25 to be delivered which did not took place they promised for today this is already after 15:30 and still no delivery was done the warehouse just say they can not give a time If we knew that we would not buy from Dail-a-bed but rather went to another supplier who can provide service.
