Customer Service done RIGHT!

Hi guys.<br> <br> Just wanted to share the awesome experience we had on Saturday at your Cramerville Store. <br> <br> Firstly the store is awesome, very comfortable space to be in and a major step up from your other retails stores I've visited. <br> <br> Rudi was phenomenal, very patient (as I think we tried every bed about 6 times), attentive and had amazing product knowledge. He was able to assess our needs and find the perfect mattress to suit our requirements and budget. Very seldom do you come across staff who genuinely WANT to help and find a solution for their customers. He is a great ambassador for your brand and I hope you look after him.<br> <br> He did get us to spend a little more on some ad-on's, so bonus for you too!<br> <br> Would highly recommend the store to anyone I chat to - and keep up the awesome work!!
