Coricraft, please educate your Dial a bed staff about your products, especially how the Coricraft card works

<p>I was shopping for a bed about three weeks ago at Dial a bed Clearwater and asked the sales person whether they accept the Coricraft RCS store card and she advised me that they do. This past Saturday I went to Dial a bed in Kramerville and the sales person as well as the manager told me that they dont accept the Coricraft card, the manager even went as far as telling me that this will not happen anytime in the near future and I felt he was quite dismissive and advised me to use a credit card instead. I went back to Clearwater mall and purchased a bed using the Coricraft card without any hassles. </p> <p> </p> <p>I would like for Coricraft to educate their Dial a bed staff about their inhouse products because are currently chasing away potential clients through their lack of knowledge.</p>
