Broken base

bought a sealy base set at your store at Strubensvalley - that was end of July 2017. When we bought we were told the base that we had chosen was our of stock as such we would be given a loan one in the interim.

A month went by and we never heard from these people again until end August when we decided to call them. To our surprise the sales lady just told us that she never placed an order for our base as she thought we were fine with the loan delivered to us. In any case, she quickly ordered the base for us and it was delivered in about two days. All was well until today. Today were moved out of our house & while the movers were picking the furniture, they made me aware that my base is broken..I went to check it and was shocked to see that all this time we thought we had a new base yet we were given a broken base. I am not happy about this. Even the map on the carpet where this base was is skewed to show that it has always been broken. I don't understand why people have to be ****** really.
