Best service , thank you!

I just want to thank Jeffery at the New Redruth branch for his fantastic service! We had a problem with our sealy bed. He placed the call for us, phoned us to confirm that he has done it. It was only a day or two later then Sealy came to inspect it on which Jeffery also phoned to confirm if they were there and if they did complete the inspection. The next day Sealy contacted us to confirm that we will be getting a new bed and that we should contact the branch to arrange the exchange. Well even before we could contact the branch Jeffery gave us a call to confirm if we have had any feedback from Sealy to which we informed him that they approved an exchange. Jeffery informed us that it should take about 10 days and we were happy with that. Two days later we got a call to arrange for delivery!! Wow we were so surprised with the fantastic service we got- well done to Jeffery and team keep up the good work. You have a customer and fan for life!
