Dial a Bed, Crowthorne Shop,

We bought a bed in 28/07/2024, the experience using it has been below expectation and regrettable. On 11/08/2024, we wrote to the shop and customer care centre expressing our dissatisfaction with the bed but till now no response from both. This is extremely disappointing but hope we will get the assistance and level of service quality we deserve as loyal customers.
