Bed making a noise after 6 days

Ordered the Sealy Celebration Plush Bed Set online on the 27th of November. The bed got delivered on the 1st of December. On the 6th of December, I tried getting on the bed and the bed made a noise. It sounds like it's the springs. 6 days of having the bed and already the bed is making a noise. What happened to quality beds? I sent an email to *** on the same day and got a response that someone will call me back. No one has called me. I checked the reviews for dial a bed online and I see a lot of people have had similar issues hence I'm here. It's my first time buying from them and I'm kicking myself wondering what I got myself in to. I need someone to call me back so this can be sorted before people start going on December leave!
