Bed Condition not good at all.

I bought a bed in February the year. The matrass is saggy already. I can feel the springs. I sent you guys a message via Facebook you said I must send you pictures. I emailed you pictures you have never bothered to get back to me. I am disappointed by your service. I never expected this poor customer experience from such a huge shop. With huge clientele. You guys gave me a run around from day one. You sent me a bed with broke legs 3 of them. Again it took you more than two weeks to resolve that. Then now it's this. This bed condition is not good. I can feel the springs as if I bought it 5 years ago.
