Bash/TGF/Dial a bed

I purchased a base from them, on my Dial a bed account. I made my 1st payment on the 29th april via EFT to the banking details as provided on my invoice. I received a phone call today, from Chris of the Greenstone branch adving that my payment is reflecting, however i should not have paid into the banking details on the incoive(this was not mentioned to me at time of purchase). So now it seems like i did not make a payment. Chris advised that he would need to refund me, however i would need to aend him POP (although he called me to tell me that he see saq the funda in dial a bed acc) and that it will take 4 to 5 daya to refund me. I asked why must he refund me, why cant he pay/transfer it into the correct acx, as i had paid as per the invoice provided, he said becauae he cannot, i was adamant and he raised his voice at me - i ended the call.
