Bad service from dial a bed clearwater

I purchased a bed from dial a bed. Told them my bedroom is upstairs and they said as part of their customer service they will take it up to my bedroom. When they came to deliver, their guys refused to take the bed up to my bedroom saying it's notpart of their job description to do so. They were very rude and aggressive about it. I'm so insulted by the service i received from dial a bed . The two guys need to be taken on training course on how to deal with customers because the expirience I received from them was very unpleasant and will not ever purchase anything from dial a bed nor recommend it to anyone.

Hello Noluthando,
Firstly, thank you for your support - we most certainly appreciate the business.
Secondly, Thank you for your mail and for bringing this to the attention of management.
Our sincere apologies for any frustration and inconvenience we have caused you and your husband.
I believe that installing the bed in your upstairs bedroom, requires some ‘handy-man’ work - i.e. - that some of your fixtures need to be removed in order to accommodate the bed. Regrettably, our delivery crew are not qualified nor do we allow them to attempt to remove fixtures in a home. In fact, they don't carry tools of any kind in the trucks - they are purely a delivery crew.
We apologise for any confusion caused, in the communication of this message. We of course, want happy customers at all times.
I understand from my team that we will re-deliver the bed on Monday and that you have arranged for the fixtures to be removed, so that we can carry the new bed upstairs and install it in the bedroom.
Thank you for doing this.
Enjoy your new bed.
Kind regards
Joanne

Hi Joanne
Thanks for attending to this matter, I appreciate the follow up and your efforts to resolve this as quickly as possible. Just clarify, my husband was removing the hand rail which is the feature you refer to and that's when your guys impatiently wanted to leave the bed in my living room. I have agreed for the bed to be delivered on monday and will be waiting for the call from the delivery guys with an apology as agreed with management.
Thank you for servicing me and look forward to doing business with you in future.
