Bad service from Dial-A-Bed

I purchased a bed set in December 2024 from Dial-A-Bed. I noticed that the bed emits an unusual sound reminiscent of an older bed, which is quite troubling. I reported this and was promised an exchange, which I always have to follow up on. It was supposed to be delivered on Friday and the driver called to inform me that he took the wrong base from the warehouse. I am honestly tired of following up.
