Bad Service at Dial-a-bed

I just like to rate my experience with dial-a-bed which was extremely atrocious.

I ordered a bedset online and placing the order was seamless, I paid and received a confirmation email saying that my order was placed, I then received a deliver mail and my mattress was delivered but I ordered a bedset,

I called dial-a-bed more than 8 times trying to figure out where my mattress is and no one could give me a straight answer relating to what happened to the bases that I had already paid. Now I'm currently sitting with a mattress that I couldn't use and the service I was provided with is unacceptable and not what I expected from this place as I spent a huge amount of monies I felt like being a client which is not valued and giving good service.

I wouldn't want anyone to spent there money at this place as the people are not helpful.
