Bad service

i bought x3 bed sets at dialabed and the service i received was terrible, and i have been patient with both sales person and the store manager but their service is terrible, they lack sense of respect towards customers.

I have been waiting for my refund of R2000.00 for almost x2 weeks, the amount is the difference owed to me after I returned their bed set which was recommended by the sales person but was uncomfortable to sleep on due to my health condition, the set cost was R7999.00 and was replaced with the initial bed set i wanted in the first place with the amount of R5999.00.

I would like to be refunded ASAP
