Bad sealy matress poor service

We bought a new seals matress from the witbank store on 11/08 /23 and within a month it start to develop hollow spots in total four of them We contacted them and was informed to send pictures Since a photo will not clearly show the holes I put some weights on them and put a level on it Even the brain dead will see the elevation. Reply came back no without the level just pictures I did it and now all I hear is deafening silence obviously some individual in some offfice decided no. This is not bad enough. Why don’t they send some one to come check it out
