Bad Quality
Bought 3 base sets around October 2024 for about R20,000, the one mattress is bulging on the sides forty winks. I send an email with pics. And instead of sending someone to inspect the bad quality they require more pics! Someone called me and I told him that they must send someone to check the mattress and he said they'll contact me. This was about 2 weeks ago! Very unhappy with Dail-a-bed! They need to pick up this mattress and replace it.
