Bad customer experience

I bought beds to the value of 15k and site said free deliver on purchases over 2999. I received a call to confirm if am home the problem started when they realized I stay in Langa , they said they cant deliver I must come collect as my area is a high risk . No apology no looking for other alternatives like offering to pay the car that will collect , they audacity , non apologetic tone of the both agents I spoke to . My logic tells me you outsource the delivery (pay) why are then not willing to pay for the collection . when making the purchase I did not lie I captured my high risk address , so why are you going on like I did something wrong so you are going to loose 15k just because you are not willing to pay 300 for me to collect
