Bad after sales

I had a good experience with the sales person so she could make a sales. Within 6 months of buying the bed that cost about R50000 the mechanism on the left side doesn't work I called the branch and they said they will send someone to check or replace it after 9 days still no one came to check it I'm sitting with a bed that doesn't work and especially having a back operation the after sales sucks I don't advice anyone to buy from them. I wil never go back there for any of my bed sales.
