Awful awful awful. Avoid like the plague.

On Thursday the 13th of December 2018, I made an order for a bed to be delivered on Saturday the 15th of December 2018, I was promised that my bed would be delivered on this day at 2pm. This promise was not kept and I had to sleep on a cold tiled floor last night and due to it being a “long weekend” when I called, the only number that answered was a Johannesburg shop. I was then told “well I can promise you no deliveries will be made until Tuesday.” I now have to sleep on a cold, hard floor for another TWO nights (but because your service is so awful, I assume I won’t have a delivery until next year this time). I’m disgusted that not one person could help me. I am so disappointed as I am used to this company going the extra mile for me but now it seems they have lost their integrity and any sort of respect for their customers. I will never use this company again and I advise anyone else to not use them again. I will be contacting them on how to cancel my order completely when they EVENTUALLY answer their phones.
