ATTENTION ALL DIAL A BED MANAGEMENT AND CEO

I recently have been dealing with the Dial-a-bed branch in the Ballito junction regional mall. Here, I was helped by the employee - Vikashd Dewraj. From the moment I entered the store, he was so kind, friendly and so knowledgeable! He went out of his way to help me - even beyond the service he even needed to provide me. My parents were with me at the time luckily to witness this immaculate service and they never pass much comment about service unless it’s good, but they were blown away too. Vik was available to help with every single question and query that I had and then he would solve that issue or question it in a matter of minutes. Furthermore, I recently called the store to ask for an invoice and within the minute (whilst still on the phone with me) he had already drafted and sent it to me (that’s just one example). It is SO RAE to come across people like Vik - who take their job seriously which is how it is meant to be done and he executes his work, his service and his interactions with customers perfectly! I can go on and on because I am blown away by him and he is the biggest asset to the Dial a bed company (in my opinion). I am an interior designer so I have dealt with numerous suppliers and just because of him, I will be using dial a bed going forward. Well done Vik! The business world needs more humans like you.
