Appalling service - Dial a Bed

Dial a Bed online orders don’t even deserve the one star I was forced to give them to be able to write this review. Their terms state that delivery will be done within 5-10 days. There’s a huge disconnect between orders and deliveries somewhere with absolutely no information being given upon request for an order placed on 23/10/23. Numerous times. I’ve cancelled my order today (06/11/23) that was supposed to have been delivered on 03/11/2023. I would definitely think twice about supporting them in future.
