Albert needs a promotion!

<p>Thank you so much to Albert from your Craighall branch. He understands what customer service is about. He answered his cell phone at 7pm on his day off and made sure to assist when it was not even part of his job description! </p> <p> </p> <p>Your delivery system needs work - I had a driver phoning me promising delivery before 9am and at 10am I called the warehouse and a lady informed me that the drivers only leave the warehouse at 9am and was not sure why the driver told me 9am.</p> <p> </p> <p>Albert - thank you!
