After service sucks

I bought a kingkoil bed, king-size plush bed a few months later we contacted daily a bed cause the base broke it took them over 2 months for an agent to contact us then waited another month for some to come inspect it an was told he see where the problem and it would have to be replaced it's now over 6 months no one has contacted us and getting no joy with the call centre I will advise everyone never to buy kingkoil they have the worse customer service. They quick to sell you the product but after service sucks
