Absolutely amazing, professional Service from Baboo

If I had a bad experience (which I did previously ) I would escalate it, I feel it is necessary to highlight a compliment. I walked into Dial a bed store (Northgate) in Jan 2019 and specifically requested a firm bed and was directed to the Sealy Turnberry bed by Zanele (Store manager). To cut a long story short, after numerous calls to Zanele and Bravo Group as well as whatsapp messages and several conversations with many people at bravo I eventually paid the warranty fee and had a mattress exchanged. Less than 6 months later I had the exact same problem with my bed, my sleep was uncomfortable, I had extreme back and neck pain, I was frustrated that I had to go through the process of getting the mattress changed for the second time and possibly having to deal with a recurring issue once they exchanged it. I sent an email to Zanele and a whatsapp message and was immediately contacted by Baboo Hemraj, he was the new Manager at Dial a bed, this man had no idea on the background of my complaint and advised he will read all the emails, investigate and get back to me immediately by this time I had zero patience and confidence in Dial a bed. Baboo has called me every day since then to advise on the progress, his even called to advise when he had no feedback from Sealy, he is a breath of fresh air especially considering that in this day and age customer services is so rare, he is pleasant, helpful, professional and engages so well with customers, he handled my situation exceptionally well considering how upset i was. In conclusion: I have paid the warranty fee for my base and an additional of R2000 for a completely different bed, a firm one this time. Thank you so much Badoo, I really appreciate all the effort.
