On 2022/03/16 I ordered and paid for a bed.On 2022/02/23 I received a courtesy call from a lady who identified herself as Thembi from the Dial a bed warehouse in Pinetown asking me about delivery, and was excellent in her approach. On 2022/03/18 my bed was delivered to my door, and the courteous driver and his assistant were so friendly and placed the bed in my home with no fuss at all. I am truly impressed by your prompt and friendly service displayed by your employees from the salesman to the courier and everyone else involved in my purchase being such a pleasure.It is appreciated. The price was also very reasonable. Will definately recommend your business.
