10k down the drain. So unworthy do not buy anything

Almost 10k for northing but health problems. I bought a Forty nights medium base set online. The matress sagged on day 2 and i had to rotate it. It was uncomfortable. I couldnt sleep a wink(ironic) for 2 weeks. I called they offered a mattress upgrade. I went to the shop to try out mattreswses thrn picked a Dunlopillo firm mattress and topped up with 3k. Guys its not even a week and i am experiencing the same problem. We cant sleep,i shae the bed with a 3year old and shes complaining about discomfort too. The bed is now sunken where i sleep especially on the hips this shop is my worst nightmare. I dnt think they know the CPA ,how do you sell such low qialoty products for such an amount. The shop salesman at witbank are soo cold and rude we had the worst experience trying out mattresses. Its 5:30 and i am awake not by choice but because of discomfort my whole body is aching. What is wrong with this company? Are these counterfeit goods or what? 2 different beds but same low quality? How? The day they delivered ot my mom took one good look and said "but the mattress is still the same as the prev one" without even touching or testing it. 10k down the drain. I swear this company cleans,refreshes matressses and circulates them between citizens because a new matress can never be this sore
