Horrible service

I was at dial a bake located the New Park Centre in Kimberley. I wanted to buy a cake for my daughters school. The only lady that was working assisted me. I decided on a cake and told her I will pick up the cake after I went to Checkers and she agreed. Half an hour later the cake was gone. She had sold the cake to someone els and her apoligy was "sorry I thought you are not coming back". For me as a customer this was very unprofessional and wil never use the business agian.
