Shockingly aggressive and ****** attitude.

Absolutely horrific and shocking experience!!! We have used Dial-4-Gas a few times. First couple of times very friendly and prompt, but then service deteriorated rapidly. We always asked for a time for delivery and checked that it was convenient for Dial4Gas as well. Never did the owner, Chris Petersen, say the time was inconvenient. Yet the last few times he was always an hour late. never any communication that he was running late, never any excuse - totally unapologetic!!. He simply assumed he can come any time after the agreed time. This did not work for us as we are not always at this delivery address. We explained this to him! When he was again late (an hour) this week without letting us know, I had to leave and could not wait. Suddenly his attitude changed - because I could not wait for longer than an hour - and he became sarcastic, vindictive and snotty. but a simple phone call or reason for being late would have sufficed. but never any apology. Did not answer my request that he choose a time that will suit him - I was willing to change my schedule so that I could be home when he could deliver. But I could not wait an hour or longer... When my wife phoned him to again try to make a time that suits him, he was increasingly snotty and no longer the service-providing guy... Suddenly becoming so extreme, so aggressive. Eventually a time was agreed for 10h00 this morning. His parting words - after agreeing that 10h00 on the dot would be great for him - was: "OK, so I'll be there around 09h00 to 10h00!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When he arrived, he hooted and hooted and hooted!!! The background here is that he knew there is no bell at our gate and that in the past he always phoned when he arrived. Plus there is a permanent note on hour gate that people should please not hoot or shout or contact the neighbours. He knew this, he phoned in the past. NOT TODAY - CLEARLY WANTED TO SHOW HIS ANGER AT BEING ASKED TO DELIVER ON A SPECIFIC TIME!! what's up with this extreme attitude?? Chris Petersen, you are a bully - because you knew my wife was alone to accept delivery, you were aggressive! YOU WOULD NOT HAVE HAD THIS ATTITUDE TOWARDS ME OR ANOTHER MAN - BUT YOU HAD THIS EXTREME ATTITUDE TOWARDS A WOMAN! THAT MAKES YOU MORE THAN A **********! THAT MAKES YOU A ***ARD. BULLIES ARE ***ARDS!! When my wife confronted him about hooting, he proceeded to curse and yell and get aggressive and typical bully and ********** swore at my wife. YES WE HAVE A RECORDING OF HIM SHOUTING AT MY WIFE BEING WHITE TRASH AND A C_NT ETC... UNBELIEVABLE AGGRESSION AND ****** ATTITUDE!!! HE IS OBVIOUSLY USED TO WOMEN BEING SCARED OF HIM! COULD NOT BELIEVE MY WIFE CONFRONTED HIM ABOUT HOOTING! Chris Petersen is the owner of Dial-4-Gas. his address is 83 General Chris Muller Road, Welgelegen and his phone numbers are *** & ***. WE HAVE A RECORDING OF HIM INSULTING AND SWEARING AT MY WIFE. AND the neighbour heard the whole exchange. I listened to the recording and I HAVE NEVER HEARD SUCH BULLYING BY A MAN TOWARDS A WOMAN!! THIS MAN IS DANGEROUS!!!
