Disgusting language and poor service

Utterly rude and disgusting language. So disrespectful. I payed Chris on the 17/08/2020. I called today 21/08/2020 just to find out the situation because it's been 5 business working days with no response. We call he doesn't answer, we message he reads the messages on what'sapp and doesn't respond. He finally answered and I just asked when it is possible that he can deliver the gas, he then immediately got rude and had a attitude I then asked if he can rather transfer the money back because i didn't want to do business with a someone this rude. A few moments later he called me again saying "YOU ****ING ****! DO YOU KNOW WHO THE **** I AM! YOU ****ING LAATIE!".I told him I am going to report him on Hello Peter he lost it even more. I was completely calm and do not accept someone to speak to me like that when I have done absolutely nothing wrong. THE WORST SERVICE EVER!!! RUDE AND DISGUSTING!. NOT RECOMMEND!!!.
