DIABETIC COMFY SHOES

I have ordered 2 x pairs of Diabetic Comfy shoes online and paid in full on 7 July 2022. This company has no address or contact numbers. At first they did not respond for weeks and finally after numerous threats i received an email to say the courier company requires my ID number which i declined as i do not know them and they seem to be overseas. Several threats later their so called website was under construction and apparently they had to get another courier company to deliver as i didn't want to send my ID number, with the further excuse that it will now take longer to deliver of which the date is already one week over the due date. I am livid to say the least and as threatened, i am now sending the details to you. I do hope you can name and shame them somehow.
