COMPLAIN:DIA SECURITY

On Saturday 3 June 2023 I was contacted by my neighbour that a house breaking have occurred. I then call the alarm response DIA Security that I hear my neighbour saying the is a house breaking at my place they than said they will go and check, I then said I was expecting a call from them not my neighbour.

Within a minute they called and told me the is no burglary so I asked if my neighbour are lying about the breaking and they said they will call me again and they never got back to me.

Around 8:45 I arrived home with no sign of DIA Security and police. I called the security company again asking where are they because I was expecting them and police to be at my place.

I myself had to call the police to come to the scene of crime. The security came and they said they went to the wrong house.

My neighbour said he head the alarm around 5am and the breaking and he called the alarm response and then call me afterwards.

I believe this would have been prevented if they responded fast. I never received any call from them asking regarding the alarm.

That Saturday the manager came around 14:00 to inspect and said she will come and give feedback about he have spoken to the technicians.

On Sunday I call regarding the feedback and way forward and it was said I will be called and they never did. On Tuesday 6 June I tried to call them again they said they they are done with my report but at the moment the manager is still at the meeting and she will get back to me. Till date I have not heard from the security company.

I feel they are dodging me.
