COMPLAINT

On the 17 of October 2019 I purchased a second hand car at DIA motors in Krugersdorp owned by Andre'***) , sold to me by Kimera Mans***) a sales lady at the dealership. This car is been giving problems from 23th October 2019 to date. I would take it to them try to fix it few days later the same problem resurface. The owner of the dealership is quite aware of this problem, we had several meetings regarding this matter. When I asked them last month to bring my car in for repair, Kimera said to me that they are fully booked they will let me when the is a space for me, three weeks later when I made the follow up, she told me that I should take it else where for repair, which I found WEIRED because I bought the car from them and they know that car's problem. I have the recording when the owner promised me that the will fix my car every time it gives me the problem. I'm paying for the car that I am not enjoying. Hellopeter kindly assist me to get another car because clearly they are unable to fix the problem at hand. When I complained to them about their attitude after selling to me the broken car, I was told that they are no longer going to assist me any further and they will no longer be working / repairing / service my vehicle.
