Do not use this company to manufacture or install any fireplace. We requested 2 fireplaces to be installed in our homes. They have been poorly fabricated. After 24hrs of letting them set, as per the company, the one fireplace smoked out our house. On the other unit they broke the one piece of glass on installation and have yet to return to replace it. We retained some of the final deposit because of the breakage and they have run away with the rest of our money. The owner refuses to talk to us. The welding is of poor workmanship and the sealant peeled off after one fire so we have not been able to use both of the units again. We requested a full refund and for them to come take them away but their reply was that they would try resell it and only then would pay us what they got for the unit. This is pure theft! As a customer we have a right to either a refund, repair or replacement. We requested a refund and they refused to give it to us. So we are now stuck with 2 units that do not work.
