Pathetic service

We have requested our house plans to be updated around July 2023 and made all the requested payment and this guy he keeps on promising but not delivering, we have not receive our plan till today and we are very tired and we have been patient with him and his stories. he is not professional, he don't update us up until we said we want our money back then he comes with excuses
