Zero feedback from DHL regarding shipment

<p>I wish there was an option to give a zero star rating! DHL is hands down the worst courier in South Africa. We have been messed around by DHL every time we have had to use them for a delivery. There is never any feedback given and service levels are non-existent.</p> <p> </p> <p>The standard response is we tried calling but you didn't answer your phone. This is interesting because after being given this excuse I was told that you have no contact details for me. How did you try calling with having my details??? Disgusting service! Do not lie to your customers!</p> <p> </p> <p>Please can I have feedback on my shipment ********** 110. I called in yesterday and gave you all of my contact details. I am still waiting for a response. Respond asap please.</p>
