Your service sucks but I guess you don’t know anyway

Very disappointing service from you . I stupidly order mugs thinking that it was made in South Africa because , I saw (ZAR). They said my mugs would come delivered by DHL. I managed to take the parcel in the United States but as soon as it landed her in South Africa , they just disappeared, they landed here on the 16th of March . I sent e mails and was given the South African postal service! No one can give me the South African tracking number , so I can go into the post office, because, every time a try calling it just rings ( no surprise there thou) . You have ****** me from the enjoyment of giving a gift to two special people. Had a known that DHL would of just handed it over to the South African post office as soon as it has arrived, I would of cancelled my ordered. I have also complained to Gossby the American client that uses you , to they know how useless you are!
