Your service is really disappointing

I really feel i always have to write a bad review about DHL in order for them to their Job. My parcel was supposed to be delivered today, but it wasn't because of the mistake that was done by one of their employees and on top of that i had to nag them in order for them to correct it. Then after the mistake was corrected and customs Duty was paid my things are still not cleared to be delivered Tomorrow.

This is really pathetic because i feel like we pay you guys so much money to be receiving this kind of service.
