I sent a package using your services and was not informed of the import taxes, which I would've GLADLY paid, but was not told how to. Therefore my package was not delivered on time.

Your website is incredibly horrible to use! Honestly, I am a developer and could not figure out how the hell to navigate your site or figure out how to contact the relevant person.

For anyone reading this, please rather send you packages via any other service, other than DHL.
