You did not respond when you said you would in the last review.

I’ve written to previous reviews for DHL, as I’ve explained I was over charged and promised a refund. I sent in the refund form on the 1st September and I’ve followed up with three emails and not had a response. My last review DHL responded that they would be in contact. To date DHL has not been in contact nor have I received my refund. So they **** to me.
