Wrong person
I am so disappointed at the service I am receiving from DHL express. I have a package that was supposed to be delivered to me from the US and was contacted today to be told that my package has been delivered to the wrong person. I have been calling and enquiring with DHL express for the past 2 weeks and for them to ask me to confirm my address but to have it delivered to someone else. Can someone confirm with me where my package is and what is going to happen with the contents in the box because it is herbal teas. Am I expected to accept the package that could be opened as I'm typing this.
