Worst Service Provided

<p>We have waited for a consignment for 3 weeks now. Nobody gets back to us, no follow ups. We are promised our delivery telephonically and then over mail, something esle is said. The service has been terrible from day one.</p> <p>All our companys documentation was sent through, two weeks later, we are asked to resend the documents. Our case officer missed this on mail. No sense of urgency!!!</p>
