Worst service i have ever experience

on Friday morning 16/10/2015. I log the collection & informed that we close at 15:00, i then later phoned to find out if they were still coming as it was getting late and the call centre (I think the guys name was Chad) said they had come to collect the parcel already but it wasnt ready. i dont know who made this story up, the driver or the call center as my parcel was ready early in the morning and i know they never came as i sit by reception. anyway after fighting and insisting they send a driver who collected the parcel at 15:01 <br> <br> My parcel was suppose to be delivered on tuesday before 17:00. on 20/10/2015 by RAM for DHL, I phone on Tuesday to confirm this and the promised delivery before 17:00, guess what time they rocked up, 20:00. then after numerous different explanations and stories my parcel is still not delivered and its now thursday.<br> I have been told the address is wrong... which its not<br> that they couldnt get hold of the client... well at 20:00 i wouldn't be surprised but they have the land line and his cellphone number<br> they stopped the delivery on wednesday.. hell knows why<br> <br> loads of excuses, no results, no answers, i have never received such bad service for DHL and RAM
