Worst service from dhl.

I have received the worst service ever from dhl. It has taken me 5 days calling different consultants to correct my address in order to get my shipment and still it’s not updated. At this point I just want to go and pick up the parcel myself because they have failed to deliver. Quite disappointing and frustrating.
