WORST SERVICE EVER!!!

I would honestly give your service 0 stars if it was possible.

I have sent my friend a baby shower gift from Canada. The parcel has now been at customs in Johannesburg for 11 days! She was asked to submit an itemised invoice which was done immediately. NO FEEDBACK! She then followed up again and has submitted the same invoice multiple times, but still nothing.

She has now been through FIVE different individuals from DHL SA and still this has not been resolved! I have spent a lot of money sending this parcel back home for a dear friend and I feel completely ********** with the lack of customer service and ability to coordinate amongst a team to resolve 1 simple issue.
